Look Back Young Men

When I was young so long ago.
I heard of a place named Alamo.
From the land of the cottonwoods,
a great battle took place. Men
fought bravely, dying
face to face.

Through thirteen day's of raging
storm, the state of Texas was
fearlessly born.

Crockett, Bowie, Travis, and the
rest. Answered the call, They gave
their very best.

Where is the honor of young
men these days? Do we remember
our ancestor's, and their ways?

Look back my friend and
remember when; The Alamo
was fought, and men were men.
