Perseverance
As I
walked through the
world most of my life; I learned
nothing of pain, or mourning, and strife.
As I
strolled with sorrow for only a day; I
gained more than the world had ever relayed.
Mourning, grief, and utter disbelief;
came stealing my heart just like a thief.
Through sorrow grew love
and strength from above.
In the
darkest of night's through
the most terrible of fights. Persevere,
Persevere; For the light draws near.
They that will hear; Travel
through your fear. On the other side,
the light draws near.
The Worlds
wisdom; We've followed
for years; Can never come near, that
gained through our tears.
