Evaluators Certification Program

Thank you for your interest in the Critic's Choice Award Evaluator Apprentice Program! The Apprenticeship Program is open to all rated and non-rated website award program owners, and is highly recommended by some of the best awarding programs on the Internet.

How it works:

Critic's Choice is the owner and operator of this program. You will learn the basics about judging websites from the Critic's Choice staff.

When you complete the course, you will receive a basic certification. This basic certification will permit you to apply to three (3) top awards programs for a final examination. These awards programs are not affiliated with Critic's Choice, but have volunteered to assist for testing purposes.

You will evaluate sites given to you by the volunteer programs, using their criteria. You will need to study their criteria carefully! When you have learned and understood their process; you will review the given site and report back to the program owner your results. After your review, the volunteer program owner gives your review a pass or fail statement. If you receive a pass statement, you have passed the exam and can move on to the second examination.

If you receive a fail statement, a discussion will occur between the AP owner and yourself, to discover why you received a fail statement. After this discussion, you will receive another site to review and try again. Only when you have successfully passed the first examination, may you move on to the second, and then the third.

When you have finished with the three exams, you will receive a badge, which you may show when you apply for a "job" at an Award program of your choice.

You will have the opportunity to read several highly rated program's criteria and visit their sites. You will also be given access to such forums designed to help you in your education. There will be open discussion times for specific lessons. The staff here has dedicated themselves to providing the best training we can. We feel that this program will give you an opportunity to enter into the evaluator field with a set of good basic skills.
